Returns: Your satisfaction is important to us.  Please keep in mind we are a small business.  We can help you with sizing of each garment over the phone so be sure to call for consultation if needed 416-932-9778

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, NON SALE merchandise that have the original hang tags attached providing that you email us first to obtain a return authorization number and do that within 14 days from the arrival of your package.  Email us at: info@shenkinwest.com .  We do not accept returns of shoes.

Once you have your authorization number, returns must be received within 14 days.
